1. Introduction

7u7u7 is an online entertainment platform offering sports betting, live casino games, slot titles, and related wagering services to eligible players residing in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") set out the rules that govern the relationship between 7u7u7 and each registered player. • You are not suffering from a gambling addiction and are using the platform for entertainment purposes only.

7u7u7 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any time. Where a Player is found to be under 21 years of age, the account will be immediately closed, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposited funds will be returned to the original payment source subject to verification.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account on 7u7u7 only. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, 7u7u7 will close all associated accounts, void any pending bets, and forfeit any bonus funds held across those accounts.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

5. Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, 7u7u7 may offer bonuses, free bets, reload offers, cashback promotions, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All such offers are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms:

6.1 Placement of Bets

A bet is only valid once it has been confirmed by the 7u7u7 system and a bet ID has been issued. Players are responsible for verifying that all bet details — including selection, stake, and odds — are correct before confirming. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player.

6.2 Odds and Market Suspension

7u7u7 reserves the right to suspend any betting market at any time, including during live in-play events, without prior notice. Bets placed before a market suspension will stand. In the event of a technical error resulting in clearly incorrect odds being displayed, 7u7u7 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the Player.

6.3 Payout of Winnings

Confirmed winning bets will be settled and credited to the Player's 7u7u7 account balance promptly following official confirmation of the result. For cricket markets, official result sources include the ICC, BCB, and the governing body of the relevant tournament. 7u7u7 will not be bound by broadcast errors or unofficial score updates.

6.4 Voided Bets

A bet may be voided and the stake returned in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned; the market was suspended prior to the bet being accepted; the event result cannot be officially confirmed; or a technical error on the 7u7u7 platform resulted in incorrect market information being displayed.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 7u7u7 platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's identity to register.
• Using the platform while under 21 years of age.

• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage.

7u7u7 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a requested timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion or third-party exclusion request.
• Identification of the account holder as being under 21 years of age.
• Reasonable suspicion that the account is being used in connection with money laundering or other financial crime.

Players may request voluntary closure of their 7u7u7 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

13. Governing Law
